Perform recruitment activities in line with client requirements, which may include calibrating with hiring managers to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives, create and post job advertisements, sourcing and pre-qualifying of candidates, interview scheduling, candidate and stakeholder management, job offer management and facilitation of on-boarding process. Actual recruitment activities may differ per client depending on what is at scope.
Core Responsibilities: Partner with hiring teams to develop targeted talent strategies and understand the hiring needs. Develop a clear and accurate job description. Create and post job advertisement in various sourcing channel. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through effective sourcing strategies including but not limited to, proactive market research, seeking referrals, marketing events, etc. Review all applications and/or potential candidates by conducting in-depth (phone/virtual/face to face) screening and assessments. Facilitate and manage scheduling of next level interviews. Perform reference checks to verify candidates’ given information. Facilitate job offer management which may include: Salary Calibration Preparation of offer letters and employment contracts. Extending official job offer and manage negotiation process. Facilitate on-boarding process activities including notifying candidate and stakeholders of start activities, and tracking completion of on-boarding tasks. Establish and maintain effective working relationships to both internal and external clients. Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System for reports generation and presentation. Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports, when applicable. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
