My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, such as Listing Optimization, Product Listing, Customer Service, Order processing, Resolving Stranded Inventory issues, Addressing Account Health concerns, Enhancing A+ content, Uploading videos and Rich Media, Creating shipments to WFS, Managing Returns and Refunds – essentially overseeing all aspects for both Amazon and Walmart.
