Profile Description

My career revolves in customer service. The task of dealing with different customers of different nationalities and cultures has enhanced my communication and customer service skills. Being entrusted with a responsibility to handle an account and an entire team as OIC helped me improved my leadership and communication skills, ability to meet deadlines of reports, camaraderie with others, and best of all, my confidence.
All of these improvements were the results of hard work, positive thoughts, being open to constructive criticisms and a highly motivational and organized spirit. I have experience in working under pressure and can do multitasking jobs.
My current and previous jobs have also exposed me to the international market scene. Additionally, experiences I have gained and continually gaining from said exposures will be a great help in my future career with you.
