Policy Enforcement: Quickly assess violations regarding hate speech, violence, illegal activities, and misinformation. Take decisive action by removing content, issuing warnings, or banning violating accounts.

Community Engagement: Foster a respectful and welcoming environment. Respond to inquiries, address user complaints, and resolve user-reported issues.

Crisis Management: Monitor for potential PR risks, negative trends, or sensitive situations. Escalate urgent or severe cases to appropriate internal or PR teams

Chat customer service moderator: Make sure issues and concern will be addressed accurately all the time
to make sure we hit a 100% customer satisfaction.
