Profile Description

I worked in a BPO industry for over a decade. I have started as a customer service representative who had handled several accounts like collections, telemarketing, technical support, sales, and retention. With my commitment and perseverance, I was promoted as a Team Leader. I loved mentoring and develop people to be leaders as well in the future.
In line with my role as a Team Leader, I am used to prioritize emails, manage my time, organize my schedule and my team, respond to my bosses and to our client's needs. I also join several courses that will upgrade my skills as a leader. I joined conference calls. Did interviews with applicants. Handled staffing if needed. Answered supervisory calls.
My experience as a team leader enabled me to multitask and act in urgency, have a positive attitude and highly trainable.
