I worked in a BPO industry for over a decade. I have started as a customer service representative who had handled several accounts like collections, telemarketing, technical support, sales, and retention. With my commitment and perseverance, I was promoted as a Team Leader. I loved mentoring and develop people to be leaders as well in the future.
