Customer Experience Specialist for more than 1 year / Basic to Intermediate knowledge MS office application / Basic to Intermediate knowledge for technical support.
I also have experience in administrative support, including accounting basics, Inventory management, and AR invoicing (Quickbooks & Inflow). I also have a passion for editing pictures and videos using Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Premiere. Take detailed notes of the user's problem, determine steps they can take to resolve the issue, and manage the flow of incoming support requests.

* Responsible for answering the technical questions, incoming queries, and help requests from end-users, either via email or over the phone.
I take detailed notes of the problem the user is experiencing, determine steps they can take to resolve the issue, and manage the flow of incoming support requests. I have experienced and dealt with difficult situations already and I did my best to handle everything professionally. With my previous work experience, I believe I will be fit for any customer service-related position and I will give my best to every task given.
