Running an e-commerce business means constantly juggling customer support, operations, fulfillment, suppliers, and day-to-day problem solving. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve helped fashion, lifestyle, and product-based brands across Europe and the US keep those moving parts organized and running smoothly.

My experience includes Shopify operations, customer support, dispute handling, supplier coordination, order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, and workflow improvement. I’ve also managed remote customer support teams and helped build SOPs, workflows, canned responses, and KPI trackers to improve efficiency and consistency across operations.
