I have experience as a lead manager. I handle 10 virtual assistants for lead generation, digital marketing, social media management, etc. I am skilled in lead generation through social media and organic leads. I create content for my clients to generate organic engagement and build up his/her social media presence. I am also skilled as a Real estate acquisition/cold-calling manager. We used Podio to convert leads into appointments and close the contract, and  I had also used Xencall before in my real estate job. I am assigned to call homeowners and turn it into a lead. Then got promoted to Acquisition Manager. I call leads and give them the cash offer. I have 1 year of experience as a property manager who manages rental properties through Appfolio. My main task is scheduling a showing, answering an inquiry on Zillow, talking to realtors, and managing the property vacancies. Making sure that each property must be rented and book prospects for showing. I am good at building conversations that will make the customer feel I am well-versed with the product or services I am calling about. I used my experience working at a call center for almost six years. I can able to converse well with different types of people. I also have experience selling or booking reservations in a US-based company (HERTZ rent a car). I have experience in digital marketing. I manage Facebook accounts, Facebook pages, LinkedIn, and Instagram. I ensure that all social media accounts have daily engagement with their followers. Through this, I can provide leads to the client through digital marketing. I have two years of experience in video editing and graphics design. I create promotional videos and Youtube Content videos and edit photos and banners. I am also an expert in using the GoHighLevel tool, for making websites, automation, workflow, making forms, importing and exporting leads, and creating a pipeline and Upgrade to see actual infotting up text, email, and calling campaigns.
