My background also includes leadership roles where I coached teams, improved processes, and drove customer satisfaction, along with my current role in the Philippine Army administering and interpreting large-scale assessments for multiple batches of applicants daily.I am a Licensed Psychometrician (RPM) with a Master’s Degree in Management major in Educational Management, bringing a strong foundation in psychological assessment, data-driven decision-making, and organizational development. My expertise includes test administration, assessment design, and performance evaluation, supported by both academic training and hands-on experience.With a disciplined, adaptable, and results-oriented approach, I am committed to contributing to organizational growth, employee development, and delivering high-quality outcomes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
