Profile Description

I have worked in the call center industry for over 5 years. I grew up being so independent. Started living alone when I was 1. Living in solitude taught me to be stronger, more mature, and wiser. It also taught me the value of money and good work ethics.  I am someone who pours my heart and heart when I want to achieve something. Just like learning the Korean Language all by myself which to me displays a great sense of resourcefulness and independence. 

I am a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized professional individual.
For me, the most important value at work is integrity. Especially in this type of job, where we work together remotely, I believe that trust and confidence with clients should be always at 100% even without direct supervision and I am a person who upholds the value of integrity in my work.

My last job was at ScaleOn. It's a digital marketing company that helps entrepreneurs scale their brands on Amazon. They also provide Media and content services as well as SEO services. I worked in a client-facing role as a sales coordinator. I am responsible for overseeing a team of managers and strategists to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. I delegate work and tasks to tea ---------- mbers based on their expertise, work experience, and time constraints. Overall, it's a role that requires cross-functional collaboration skills. I organize external clients' creatives, files and contracts, etc through a Google Folder Shared Drive. I assist the CEO and other Managers in preparing decks for Discovery Calls and Opportunity & Optimization Audit Reports. 

My supervisors and co-workers always say that I am well-organized, proactive, and compassionate. I excel at dotting I’s and crossing T’s, creating compelling email drafts, and strategizing workflows.
