I worked in the call center industry for almost 4 years and have some experience on upfront customer service. I can say that I am experienced enough in terms of engaging with customers face-to-face and over the phone. For the BPO side, I've been trained to provide technical assistance for various customers which has concerns regarding their internet service, both dial up and DSL. I've been also trained to support a variety of programs like game, tax-filing and anti-virus softwares. I'm comfortable working on both MS Word and Excel. Right now, I'm on leave of absence and willing to work full-time and by the second semester (Nov 2012), I'm willing to work partime.
