Former Resolutions Specialist and the highest point of escalation for Airbnb with 3 years of experience supporting the platform. I specialize in handling concerns and issuing decisions related to reservations and users' profiles. I handle cancellations, refunds, calendar and listing mUpgrade to see actual infogement, pricing, review disputes, answering guests' queries, optimization of Airbnb listing to other booking platforms (HomeAway, VRBO, Upgrade to see actual info. etc.), and setting up hosting dashboards. I can communicate in English effectively via email, phone calls, and chat.
