I'm Jasmine Ranches. I studied at University of Baguio . An experienced Customer Service Representative with background in  Telemarketing and Appointment Setting. I've been into a BPO industry for almost 5 years with different companies. Home based set up for 4 and half years wherein  I handled Chat and Email Support, Cold Calling, Subscription Processor (data entry/encoding),  Inbound and Outbound calls, Sales Marketing , Business Development Manager. I also worked  office based for about 4 years with different fields such as Marketing assistant, Product specialist, Research analyst and Event Organizer.  I am a hard working individual and willing to learn new things in order to be more productive and meet clients' business needs.
