As a front of house role, the administrative assistant is responsible for managing communication channels such as phone, chat, and email, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Digital mailing and filing
- Chat and email correspondence
- Assist other departments
- General office administrative tasks

Work Hours and Benefits:
* Permanent day shift since the office is based in Aspley, QLD, AUS.
* Full-Time (37.5 hours weekly)
* Fixed working hours - 9 AM to 5 PM (QLD Time Zone), Monday to Friday.

Salary:
* AUD$4.00 to 6.00 hourly rate paid out every fortnight via wire transfer to bank account.
* AUD$7800 to $10,800 per/year base wage (37.5 hour week).


Administrative Assistant Skills:
+ Good communication skills – clear written and verbal communication.
+ Good customer service skills
+ With an administrative/receptionist background
+ An eye for detail
+ Organizational skills: managing tasks, schedules, and information
+ The ability to prioritise and multitask
+ The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
+ Digital and CRM knowledge
+ Independent & reliable
+ A capacity for learning new skills quickly

Requirements:
1. Own desktop or laptop in excellent working condition (at least Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, not MAC) with MS Office
2. Headset with noise-cancellation
3. Quiet working space
4. Reliable wired internet
5. Back up internet and power source
