About Us:

At the B2B School, we provide sales and marketing training to B2B business owners in Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand and the UK. Our B2B School Co-Founder, James Tuckerman, needs an Administrative Assistant.

James is a prolific creator of content, which includes long-form training programs for clients, short-form training programs for sale and short-form posts and videos for social media. We are also in the process of launching a new podcast.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position (initially) requiring 16 hours per week (4 hours per day, four days a week). You will support James by managing administrative tasks (such as his email inbox and calendar), supporting our digital training initiatives (setting up reminders, cutting/editing/rendering videos), and enhancing our client communication (ensuring our clients get timely support and attention).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize calendars and email inboxes.
- Act as the gatekeeper, prioritizing communications and tasks.
- Facilitate and expedite tasks related to one-on-one client interactions.
- Manage weekly group calls, set up reminders, and handle webinar arrangements using tools like Keap, Zoom, and Kajabi.
- Download, edit, render, and upload videos to our training platform.
- Handle our helpdesk, manage inbound company emails, and support ticket resolutions.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Keap, Zoom, and Kajabi.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (especially written communication).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Experience in handling administrative responsibilities in a virtual environment.

Selection Process:
