Virtual CSR/Assistant

We are growing our team! We are urgently looking for reliable CSR VAs to join our growing team!

WHO WE ARE:
We are a US-based HVAC and plumbing company that has been operating since 1997. We currently have 8 amazing remote employees from the Philippines who do various tasks in accounting, admin, and customer service and they've been working with us for several years!

We require reliable VAs who:
• can help the call center department meet its goals by handling daily inbound and outbound calls;
• can manage leads and book service appointments for our customers via phone, chat, or email;
• can work effectively with a team of CSRs (PH and US-based), managers and technicians;
• can do administrative tasks as may be required; and
• genuinely cares about the customer and is not looking for “just a job”, but a career.

We are looking for 1 CSR VA to work full-time immediately, and another 1 CSR VA who will start part-time and be switched to full-time by the summertime.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. Having CSR experience is a plus!
• Proficient in using computer applications. If you know Service Titan and Trainual, that is another plus!
• Highly reliable and self-motivated.
• Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction and a great team player!
