Client Overview:
*Ellie owns a boutique wellness practice focused on lifestyle and wellness. She’s looking for someone who can support her business needs and make sure everything runs smoothly!

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9 am and 5 pm Mountain Time (US)
*Excellent written communication skills
*Must be able to follow Ellie’s brand when creating newsletters
*Must be tech-savvy
*Must have experience with online course platforms
*Must have experience with email marketing platforms
*Must be super organized with great attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.

Software tools used by the client:

*Thinkific
*Flowdesk for emails and newsletters
*Asana
*Dropbox
*Wix

Responsibilities/Tasks

Admin Tasks:
*Efficiently manage admin inbox
*Attend Ellie’s online classes and take notes for uploading course materials
*Utilize Flowdesk for crafting and sending email newsletters
*Streamline workflows and document SOPs along the way
*Offer creative ideas for process improvements and actively participate in calls to understand course material needs.
*Review social media posts to ensure alignment with Ellie’s brand voice and standards.
*Learn ins and outs of current Asana workflow
*LinkedIn profile engagement/management
*Be the point person for social / marketing team
*Liaise with the marketing / social team to make sure team is on task and utilizing / storing content appropriately for future use
*Send reminder and follow-up emails
*Send marketing emails

Membership Management:
*Manage online membership onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
*Schedule and organize weekly email communications and updates to members.
*Troubleshoot account profiles as tech issues arise
*Assist with member inquiries.
*Organize membership details, including payments into a spreadsheet

Course Management:
*Upload materials to Ellie’s online course platform, Thinkific
*Upload curated modules
*Manage the backend of the course platform
*Synthesize contents per topic
