KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Email & calendar management, proposal and contract creation
*Attend meetings, take notes and delegate tasks after the meeting
*Keep our CEO on task and on schedule
*Assist with various tasks, including preparing presentations and admin related activities
*Communicate with others in the organization and work as a team when needed
