### Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Remote Administrative Assistant and Project Manager. This role is critical in supporting our diverse operations spanning Real Estate, Financial Services, and Non-Profit activities. A keen understanding of Marketing is essential, as this position involves managing various aspects of client interaction and project execution. MUST HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND BE ABLE TO PROBLEM SOLVE.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support:** Perform data entry tasks and administer office procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Client Interaction:** Handle prospecting calls,
- **Project Management:** Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion. Ensure that project goals, timelines, and objectives are clearly communicated and met.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead and motivate tea
- **Risk and Cost Management:** Work closely with the other tea
- **Technology Proficiency:** Utilize collaboration and communication software and be proficient in office software

- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and tea

### Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
