JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview: We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment/Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. As a Recruitment/Administrative Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and assisting with candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing:
• Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards and social media platforms.
• Maintain an updated candidate database with accurate and relevant information.

2. Administrative Support:
• Send a daily report by email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
• Organize the emails that come in. Remove spam. Respond to email. Forward emails to respective departments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as managing recruitment-related documentation and maintaining records.
• Assist with other administrative tasks.

3. Communication:
• Correspond with candidates to provide necessary information, schedule interviews, and follow up on application statuses.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment with recruitment needs.

4. Candidate Screening:
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Assist in preparing interview materials and candidate profiles for hiring managers.

5. Database Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment performance.

6. Adaptability:
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Adapt quickly to changes in recruitment processes and technologies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Experience:
• Previous experience in recruitment or as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
• Previous experience or familiarity with medical terminology a plus.
