We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Program Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely for those that reside in the Philippines and collaborate with our US-based team members.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with data entry, organization, and maintenance of recruiting candidate and customer information in our applicant tracking system. (ATS)
• Generate and maintain reports on business metrics.
• At times, assist our People Operations team, who coordinate candidate pre-employment screening processes.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
• Assist with HNM Marketing initiatives and sales prospect reporting efforts.
• Help drive data cleanup efforts across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
• Associates Degree or higher, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ideally two+ years as a Recruiting Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably with US-based staffing firms.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in Bullhorn preferred.
• Strong data entry/cleanup skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR and recruitment best practices and legal requirements in the Philippines and the United States.
• References that can speak to your ability to perform in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a US-Based, Pacific Time Zone Schedule.
