Job Summary
Assist HR Team on sourcing candidates through various channels, supporting interview and selection procedure, and collaborating with ideas on how to improve our interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. recruitment platforms, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct phone and video interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and providing feedback into the system.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using available Applicant Tracking System.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience on full cycle recruitment, working as talent acquisition or similar role.
- Familiarity and knowledge on using social media, databases and professional networks on the recruitment process.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- a keen understanding of the various roles within an organization.
