Insurance Virtual Assistant: Project Based (URGENT HIRING)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Virtual Assistant. This position is currently project-based for 3-6 months with the potential to transition to a regular position based on performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the US insurance industry, possess excellent organizational skills, and exhibit a strong ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in the US insurance sector is a plus.
• Learning Agility: Fast learner, capable of managing office tasks independently within 2 months (training provided).
• Insurance Expertise: Ability to generate insurance quotes using carrier portals/websites.
• Initiative: Proactive and able to work independently with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Intuition: Good decision-making skills and a strong sense of intuition.
• SEO Knowledge: Basic to advanced understanding of SEO is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with GoHighLevel is advantageous, but training will be provided.
• Administrative Skills: Capable of handling various administrative tasks.
• Customer Interaction: Taking applications from clients calling in; forms will be provided.
• Graphic Design: Ability to execute basic graphic designs for social media posts; knowledge of Canva is acceptable.
• Web Design: Basic to advanced web design skills are desirable.

Work Details:

Hours: Initially 10 hours per week, with the possibility of adding more hours in April.

Schedule: Fixed schedule of 12 pm - 2:30 pm AZ time or 3 am - 5:30 am Manila Time.
Rate will be $5 per hour. The schedule may be adjusted in April.
