At Upgrade to see actual info we are a sales agency that specializes in building and managing sales teams for coaches and digital creators to help them generate more revenue. Through our interactions we rely heavily on hiring and training sales reps and are looking for an experienced individual who can aid in our process to bring on the best talent to sell for our clients.

Within the company of Upgrade to see actual info, the hiring lead will be responsible for managing their day to day tasks and handling the entire hiring process of setting up interviews with potential candidates.

Tasks:
- Crafting job description for new positions
- Setting up and posting hiring posts on different platforms:
Linkedin

Facebook
Groups
Indeed
Ziprecruiter
Glassdoor
Upwork
Onlinejobs.ph
Other Job Boards...

-Sending responses to interested applicants
-Creating hiring application form for applicants to fill
-Setting up hiring interviews w Hiring Manager
-Crafting/Sending hiring contract
-Creating tracking process to track effectiveness of each platform/group
-Entering in Tracking sheet
-Payroll

Expectations:
-Must understand how to think in systems
-Must have experience setting up hiring posts with each of the platforms listed above
-Must have experience speaking with candidates for potential roles
-Must have understand the typical hiring process
-Must know how create messages for different platforms
-Must have experience sending payroll

Requirements:
-Must have access to a stable internet connection
-Must a 64 gb computer
-Must be able to work US EST HOURS
-Must speak fluent english

Desired Outcome:
-Generate 200+ new applications from interested candidates every month
