Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Systems Specialist to enhance business operations through expert management and setup of various platforms, including Go High Level, Upgrade to see actual info, and Skool. This role is ideal for someone with a background in coaching businesses, who can support the sales and client onboarding processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Workflow and Automation Setup:
Design and implement efficient workflows and automations within Go High Level and Upgrade to see actual info to streamline business processes.

Platform Management:
Manage community interactions on Skool, ensuring quick learning and adaptation if not previously familiar.

Sales Support:
Assist the sales team by providing essential reporting and follow-up activities to enhance client engagement and success.

Client Onboarding:
Facilitate the backend aspects of client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Communication Management:
Monitor and respond to messages in Go High Level, maintaining effective communication flows.

Team Training:
Confidently train and support the team in the use of new systems and processes to ensure widespread adoption and competence.

Strategic Input:
Participate in regular calls with the business owner to provide insights and suggestions for operational improvements.


Requirements:
Proven expertise in Go High Level, particularly in setting up workflows and automations.
Experience with Upgrade to see actual info, including the ability to create and manage workflows and automations.
Familiarity with Skool or similar community management platforms, with a willingness and ability to learn quickly.
Previous experience in a coaching business environment is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to train and lead teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in system usage.
Availability for scheduled calls via WhatsApp or Zoom to discuss and strategise on business operations.
Must be available to work within the specified hours of 9 AM to 4 PM AEST.
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Timezone: AEST

Working Hours: 2 hours per day / 10 hours per week

Rate: $375 AUD per month
