JOB OVERVIEW

The Assistant to CEO role is providing comprehensive support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage social media efforts, and a knack for gatekeeping.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with technology, and has experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon FBA and eBay reselling.
Key Responsibilities:


-Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and external partners.
-Exercise excellent customer service skills in all interactions.
-Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized and meetings are well-coordinated.
-Oversee or perform the company's social media strategy, including content creation, community management, and Facebook ads.
-Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Other tasks such as making payments, setting reminders, and managing a personal calendar.

>> Required Skills and Attributes:
Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in e-commerce (Amazon FBA, eBay reselling) preferred.
Strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing, and creating sales funnels, particularly on Facebook.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to work with discretion.
Technical proficiency with various software and online tools, including Google Drive and Canva.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and train teaUpgrade to see actual infombers effectively.
Patience and professional integrity.
Knowledge of creating hooks, systems, and content ideas for social media is preferable.
