Full-time VA for a Christian Publishing Company, 40 hours/week

Our full-time tech VA will be working mainly on back-office tasks, making sure our business runs smoothly. We are looking for someone willing to work long-term for our company and is able to manage your own tasks in order to meet deadlines.

This job requires excellent English skills with the ability to learn tasks very quickly.

You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks for our business and will be gradually trained on each task.

Tech VA tasks may include:

- Email marketing (setting up email lists, autoresponders, broadcasts)
- Managing membership content
- Wordpress tasks for blogging (basic Wordpress skills and basic SEO)
- Basic audio/video editing
- Scheduling podcast
- Social media scheduling and posting
- Creating/editing Google documents and saving as PDF
- Creating graphics on Canva
- Creating Pinterest titles and descriptions with AI as well as scheduling pins
- Tasks related to marketing promotions (online summit, challenges, workshops, etc.)
- Other tasks as needed

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. We work in a fast-paced industry, so it’s really important that our VA is:

- A fast learner
- Good technical skills for doing online technical work
- Pays close attention to detail
- Follow instructions to the letter
- Able to manage your tasks and meet deadlines

We are looking for someone who is a Christian (our company helps Christian writers), who has great communication, who is able to take on new tasks as needed, who is open to feedback, and quickly completes assignments.

You will be required to complete a report each day and weekly reports as well. You will need to be organized and able to complete your assigned tasks and manage deadlines with minimal supervision.

Our business covers a range of topics from writing, self-publishing, marketing, encouragement, Christian faith, and a wide arrange of topics on personal development.

This job will be full-time at 40 hours a week and we are happy to have you work your normal working hours each day as long as you get your tasks done on time and complete a daily report. We prefer that you work ahead and get tasks done ahead of schedule.

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will qualify for 13th month.

You must have reliable internet and electricity supply in your home office.

To be part of our team, you are required to use 1password, Dropbox, and our project management tool.
