We're a U.S.-based marketing agency (focused on growing local businesses on the lookout for an Executive Marketing Assistant. This role is designed to support our Founder by taking over client and project management, team communication, operations, and recruiting tasks. The ideal candidate will enable our Founder to concentrate on sales and marketing, leveraging their expertise in the digital marketing space to manage other key areas of the business. You will be my right hand person.
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and project timelines to ensure outstanding service and delivery.
Oversee day-to-day operations, streamlining processes for efficiency.
Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams.
Lead recruiting efforts to build a talented and creative team.
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Conduct market research, and analyze trends to support strategic decisions.
Handle scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft communications and manage social media interactions on behalf of the Founder.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in marketing, project management, and operations within a digital space.
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Systems thinker with an eye for detail and innovation.
