Just a quick heads-up about some important details to keep in mind:
- We offer a salary range of approximately Php 70,000/month or $8/hr during your initial 6-month probationary period, which increases to around Php 85,000 pesos/month or $10/hr thereafter. *Total in pesos might change depending on currency conversion
We offer a Health Stipend ($100) as part of our perks and benefits, as well as Paid Time Off and 13th-month Pay. Both Paid Time Off and 13th-month Pay are pro-rated and granted after the completion of the probationary period.
- The role requires availability to work according to Eastern Time (ET), which corresponds to night shift hours in the Philippines.
- This is a full-time, dedicated position with Eighty2i. We encourage a healthy work-life balance, but due to the demands of the role, we require exclusive focus during work hours.

The Role:
You're a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for personal development. You're tech-savvy and excel at managing multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure.
High-Level Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the executive’s busy schedules, arrange meetings, and ensure executives are well-prepared.
- Manage emails and draft communications, keeping your executive informed and connected.
- Craft meeting agendas and take meticulous notes, ensuring clarity and action items.
- Demonstrate initiative in project & task coordination by assisting with weekly plans, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Assist with performance calls and related tasks, helping our executives excel.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to gather updates and progress reports.
- Help plan events and conference trips & coordinate travel logistics
- Help with sales-related admin and back-end tasks for the executive.
- Possibility of working on weekends and holidays

Requirements:
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week minimum), night shift in the Philippines and adhere to EST working hours
- College graduate or has a Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Business Administration or communication arts)
- Proven experience in executive assistance or operations support or a related field
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortably switches gears between tasks
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, with strong time management and self-motivation
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps
- With a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Home office setup with a reliable internet connection (30 Mbps minimum)
