Client Overview:
*Caroline is an amazing woman who owns a digital marketing agency. Her company excels in providing full-service digital marketing solutions to small businesses, aiming to enhance their growth and reach.

Client Requirements:
* Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 8 am - 5 pm Eastern Time (US)
* Must have CRM Experience
* Must have experience using Meta Business Suite
* Must have video editing skills
* Must have experience managing Facebook and Instagram
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively, especially regarding time management issues.
* Must be able to discern how the language from the client’s website fits into the social media posts
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.

Software tools used by the client:
* Mailchimp
* Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
* Canva (but don’t just use stock Canva templates)
* Meta Business Suite
* Gmail
* Google Drive
* Capcut
* Premier for video editing - not required

Responsibilities/Tasks

Social Media Content Creation
* Create engaging content for Facebook and Instagram
* Add closed captions for reels in Capcut
* Edit videos and create reels
* Create graphics in Canva
* Add captions for standard photo posts


Email
Campaign Content Creation
* Develop content for email campaigns
* Create graphics
* Send out emails using Mailchimp

Administrative Support
* Manage email inbox
* Schedule client meetings and shoots
* Other tasks Caroline needs help with
