Company Description:
We are a dynamic, small Canadian business specializing in residential and Airbnb cleaning services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Specialist / Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:
As a Communications Specialist / Virtual Assistant, you will be essential in managing communication flows, supporting our field staff, and ensuring operational efficiency. Your role will involve interacting with customers and staff, overseeing administrative tasks, and contributing to our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle outgoing and incoming sales calls, emails, and messages.
2. Facilitate communication and follow-ups between customers and field staff.
3. Log field staff information and job hours
4. Review before and after cleaning photos and communicate any issues.
5. Create and update invoices for review.
6. Manage field staff schedule by confirming daily schedule, track hours, and document each job's details and document as needed on tuno.
7. Craft engaging social media posts and manage our online presence across various platforms, including familiarity with Canva.
8. Maintain daily logs of tasks completed and pending tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
9. other tasks as assigned and as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative support or as a virtual assistant.
Excellent English skills both spoken and written
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience with CRM software, particularly Turno (preferred).
Proficiency in Canva and various social media platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Currently looking for 25 hours per week 5 hours per day from 11 am -4 pm Eastern time Wednesday - Sunday for 5 days with the opportunity to become full-time with expansion and performance.

$5.50/hr. to start, with raises every 6 months, and performance bonuses.
If accepted, you will be provided with training to help respond to customer queries via phone
call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, & SMS.
