Immediate start - long-term full-time role Monday to Friday. The desired start time is 10am / 11am Philippines time (GMT). (Hours may vary depending on Sydney daylight savings).

Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a full-time virtual Client Services Support/Photo Editor to join our fast-growing business who is eager to learn and apply their skills to produce high-quality content.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Must have intermediate/advanced experience with Photoshop and Lightroom
- Exceptional written English communication skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- A knack for solving problems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to be a multitasker and a self-starter
- Strong internet connection and quality PC/Mac to ensure editing meets desired standards

The Role:
- Managing communications efficiently and effectively between internal and external stakeholders via phone, email or in person.
- Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop experience required with excellent retouching skills
- Strong communicator (written English required) and excellent in liaising with team
- Re-touching images and resizing for multiple platforms, including editing and colour-correcting images as instructed
- Marking up images with simple graphics and text (minimal graphic design knowledge)
- Setting up bookings and services in our systems. First point of contact for all email and message enquiries, requests, and concerns
- Making bookings and organising shoots for the team to ensure efficiency: This includes strategic scheduling for the field team and regularly adjusting schedules to maximise productivity.
- Organising calendars and appointments regularly. Ensuring cancellations and re-scheduling of jobs are actioned promptly
- General administrative duties including senior managements tasks
