JOB OVERVIEW

This is a permanent position at a fast-growing e-commerce company. We are looking for a tech-savvy Amazon Compliance VA to support our company in managing any potential risks associated with brand issues and Amazon policies. Your role is mainly focused on the analysis and daily audit of our ASINs, making sure our products are in 100% compliance with brand and Amazon standards. This position will work closely with our Amazon Compliance Team and the person will report directly to our E-commerce Compliance Program Manager.

Salary Range: $450 - $800 a month (depending on experience)

Day to day Position Responsibilities:

· Fill out Brand application forms.
· Create cases to Amazon via Seller Support to help correct feed issues or any other issue that arises.
· Handle communication with brands when the merchant price policy (MAP) is infringed.
· Support with Brand authorizations cases, send the communications approved by paralegal.
· Daily account health check and continuous analysis of our product listings .
· Communicate with the Compliance Team and Program Manager any potential risks and issues encountered.
· Support the Amazon Compliance Program Manager with any tasks or need at the Upgrade to see actual infont.
· Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned.

Experience and qualities we look for:

· Able to demonstrate with 2 to 3 years Amazon compliance experience.
· Able to demonstrate with 2 to 3 years e-commerce administrative or virtual assistant experience.
· You are hungry to learn, work, make changes and improve.
· Proactive problem-solver.
· Possess rigorous attention to detail and impeccable work ethics.
· Intuitive and curious in order to research root cause for problem areas and proactively provide solutions.
· Works on own initiative while maintaining full team inclusion.
· Open to feedback and can contribute to solutions to improve processes.
· Understand the importance of teamwork/team effort; not just performing assigned tasks/duties
· Responsive, prompt and positively communicates with peers using avenues such as email, group chat or voice call
· Self-motivated, organized and able to work with little to no supervision
· You are amazing at multitasking and you prioritize effectively
· Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC -05:00)
· Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet area in order to join teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and communicate with brands, if necessary.
· An excellent written and verbal communicator in the English language.
· Proficient with Google Sheets and MS Excel (Intermediate level)
· Hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central platform.
· Familiar with how to use Google Suites, Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Desired Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and other related field.
