Bookkeeper for a vacation rental management and a residential cleaning company. Create monthly profit loss reports for each property and the cleaning business. Send, receive and ensure all invoices and automated payments are collected for cleaning tasks. Track payments to contractors for an annual total to be used for 1099s. Provide a total of quarterly revenue collected for the cleaning business in order to pay sales taxes. Ensure all payouts are paid out from various rental platforms, like Airbnb, etc. Fill in as needed as a substitute customer service representative.
