Job Summary:
As an HR Recruitment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organisation. You will utilise various sourcing strategies and tools, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate the interview process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Recommend and set up an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline our recruitment process.
Utilise various sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Review and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
Prepare interview materials and assist with developing interview questions.
Create engaging job postings and compelling content for recruitment channels.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 5 years of proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or related roles.
Experience with ATS platforms.
Experience with Onlinejobs.PH, LinkedIn, and other job posting sites.
Expertise in sourcing candidates in the Philippines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
