JOB OVERVIEW

Our High Ticket Health And Wellness/longevity company is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to help them with administrative tasks across many different domains. The right fit should be a self motivated person who is passionate about health and wellness and understand bio-hacking methodologies, health, fitness, and wellness.

Responsibilities:
Assist in refining the onboarding process for new Platinum clients, including managing communications and automations.
Research content topics, current trends, and effective hashtags relevant to the health and wellness industry.
Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms to increase follower engagement and brand visibility.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering a positive community and customer relations.
Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and other marketing strategies.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the Director of Operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a health, wellness, or marketing context.
Strong understanding of social media management and content creation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
Proficient in using social media platforms, marketing tools, and office productivity software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
