JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Property Management Coordinator
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) 9am-6pm Pacific Time (subject to change)
Rate: $4.00 per hour

We are a fast growing full service real estate brokerage in Emeryville, California and we are looking for a smart full time real estate VA with experience particularly in Property Management/Real estate and HOA Management (REQUIRED).

Daily Tasks:

Follow defined processes
Audit property management files for missing documents, like a transaction coordinator.
Make outbound calls to tenants/landlords to gather necessary information to complete files.
DocuSign to gather signatures
Manage tenants, owners transactions in Buildium
Sorting scanned mails
Monitor inquiries from prospective tenants via support ticket system
Knowledge in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and GOOGLE Apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Perform adhoc tasks as needed

Required:

Has experience working for US Property management/real estate companies - REQUIRED
SALES or HOA management experience is a PLUS
Speak fluent English with landlords, tenants and government agencies (Exemplary English Comms Skills)
Be available to answer phone calls and have meeting between 9AM to 6PM PST (subject to change)
Comfortable with employee productivity monitoring software and time keeping system
Attention to detail,
Advanced computer skills (Google Workspace, PM apps, soft phones, utilizes google search excellently)
