Client Overview:
*Our new client owns a personal and professional development company dedicated to fostering growth, innovation, and empowerment. She's looking for an awesome unicorn who can start July 1st to help with administrative tasks and lead generation.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 9 am-1pm Pacific Time (US)
*Must be able to start July 1st but no later than July 15
*Must have experience with Facebook and Instagram ads.
*Must be proficient in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
*Must be familiar with WordPress for basic website updates.
*Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.

Software tools used by the client:
*WordPress
*Instagram
*Facebook
*LinkedIn
*CoachAccountable (client will train)


Responsibilities/Tasks
Administrative Support:
*Update content on the WordPress platform as directed.
*Utilize CoachAccountable to help track and maintain client progress (training provided).
*Handle email outreach and communication with potential and current clients.

Lead Generation and Social Media:
*The client will create the Canva posts and do the copywriting, you will need to clean it up and make it look pretty
*Manage and boost social media posts to target audiences, monitor ad performance, and brainstorm lead generation strategies
*Engage with relevant social media groups and professional associations
*Post the client's content in social media groups
*Find conversations of school leaders talking about stress and burnout and connect with them on LinkedIn
*Manage and expand target lists, draft and send connection messages.
