Job Description:

Previnex is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support our CEO. This candidate will also provide customer service support to our growing customer base. This multifaceted role requires someone who can effectively support our CEO with a range of administrative tasks while also managing customer inquiries and providing outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant to the CEO:

-Provide executive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondences.
-Conduct research and compile information as requested by the CEO.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
-Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO.
-Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-Provide personal support to the CEO as required, including managing personal appointments, tasks, and commitments.
-Act as a liaison between the CEO and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, departments, and external stakeholders.

Customer Service Representative:

-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
-Provide accurate information about Previnex products, services, and policies.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
-Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience, striving for first-contact resolution.
-Liaise with our warehouse and fulfillment center to track shipments, manage inventory, and coordinate order fulfillment.
-Initiate and oversee replacement packages for customers as needed.
-Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
-Assist in maintaining a joyful, positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

-Positive, joyful disposition with a passion for helping people.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Accent neutral is a strong plus.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
-Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the capacity to handle challenging situations empathetically.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in using customer service platforms, CRM systems, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-Prior experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
-Previous experience as an executive assistant required.
