Nozomi is the operating group and growth partner of Hansa, a leading private capital fund with early investments into multiple unicorns such as Stability AI, Arweave and lots more. We are a small team, so this role will be fast-paced and dynamic. It will provide the right person with unmatched exposure to the inner workings of a growing fund/growth company as it scales and launches early-stage web3/blockchain technology companies. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised virtual assistant (VA) to provide exceptional support to our Head of Advisory, a leader in the dynamic Web3 space. As a key member of the team, you will wear many hats, handling a variety of administrative, strategic, and research-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management & Scheduling: Proactively manage the complex schedule across various time zones, internal teams, and external partners. Anticipate needs and prioritise daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Communication & Email Management: Effectively manage the email inbox, prioritising messages, composing drafts, and handling confidential correspondence with discretion.
- Internal Communication: Coordination and messaging between different stakeholders (Investors, TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers, community members, clients and new potential clients)
- General Assistance: Work to structure the team's priorities, preparation, and follow-up for meetings in a timely and efficient fashion.
- Project Management & Follow-Up: Assist in managing the Head of Operations' priorities and initiatives. Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Web3 Community Engagement: Monitor relevant online communities and social media channels to stay abreast of industry news and discussions.


What you’ll bring:
- 1-2 years experience as an Assistant supporting business operations, strategy, or project management (VC fund, tech company, financial institution, or startup a plus).
- Proven prior experience working in the Web3 space
- A keen eye for process improvement and a drive to optimise workflows.
- Proactive communicator who thrives on iteration and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Must provide history of working for a Web3 company/project
- Excellent written and verbal skills with a "nothing slips through the cracks" mentality.
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on deadlines, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
- Highly organised with a system for juggling tasks/projects while adapting to changing priorities.
- A self-starter with a “no-task-is-too-small-or-big” mindset.
- Strategic thinker who analyses existing processes and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Resourceful and comfortable asking questions when faced with new challenges.
- Meticulous attention to detail, even when multitasking.
