Virtual Assistant

Our company is looking for a full-time Virtual assistant. You will be doing a variety of tasks such as responding to support emails, commutate with clients, data entry, updating team's calendar, general admin tasks, almost all of which we have tutorials for you.

- You have to speak clear English and have great people / commutation skills.

- You will have to commit 8 hours per day (Monday-Friday) available to focus on the job. May work on weekends if you want to get paid overtime.

- Must be willing to work during PST/EST timezone

- Experience with Google Sheets is REQUIRED

- Webcam is REQUIRED (It’s required for you to be on video to commutate with our team and clients)

- Must have FAST internet speed. If you don't, please don't apply.

Knowledge with Canva is a PLUS
Knowledge with AirTable a PLUS
Knowledge with video editing is a PLUS
Knowledge with GoHighLevel is a PLUS

Pay: Starting at $600 USD per month. This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

Perks:

*You can work as much as you want. We will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.

*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let us know 1 month prior

*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job we will give you a raise and bonuses and 90 days.
