Palmer Construction, a leading roofing company based in Spokane Valley, WA, USA, is expanding its team and is currently seeking a motivated General Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic and growing company. This is a remote/virtual position that provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities:
As a General Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handling correspondence, including
- Assisting in organizing and maintaining digital and physical files.
- Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Providing general administrative support for various projects and initiatives across different departments.
You MUST have:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or project management tools is a plus.
