Client Overview:
*Rachel is the owner of a consulting company that helps entrepreneurs grow their brands and businesses through consumables. She's looking for a unicorn who can help her with the operational management of her company and her clients’ administrative needs.

Client Requirements:
* Preferably able to work mid-day 11am-3pm or 12pm-4pm Eastern Time (US) but can be flexible to most four-hour blocks within 9am-5pm Eastern Time (US)
* Must have proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
* Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
* Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Must have high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
* Must be available to work during standard business hours.
* Must be willing to learn and must have an interest in the company’s mission
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.

Software tools used by the client:

*Microsoft Office Suite
*Google Suite

Responsibilities/Tasks:

* Manage emails, calendar appointments, and scheduling meetings
* Handle travel arrangements and accommodations, as needed
* Conduct research on various topics
* Populate company and client sales list with vendor contact info
* Maintain, track and collect quarter royalty reports from client’s licensees
* Update company and client sales presentation materials with provided data, as needed
* Update company website, as needed
* Create social media posts on company and CEO channels
* Attend weekly touch base calls with manager and clients, as requested
* Support teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and external stakeholders, as needed.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
