JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We're looking for a well-organized Admin Assistant to support our team. You'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle emails, and provide administrative support to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage communication and correspondence, including emails.
2. Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
3. Prepare meeting materials and take minutes.
4. Assist with research and data compilation.
5. Handle confidential information.
6. Coordinate with other teams and departments.
7. Support special projects and initiatives.
8. Maintain filing systems and databases.
9. Anticipate executive needs and address issues proactively.
10. Assist with personal tasks as needed.

Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
