#### Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements for the CEO
???? Assisting the Human Relations Recruiter with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
???? Providing general administrative support such as document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the field of human relations
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates to hiring managers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

#### Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
???? Excellent communication and organizational skills
???? Proficiency in MS Office suite
???? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
