Client Overview:
*Jennifer is an entrepreneur who runs a multi-faceted business that includes a store, a personal brand, and educational initiatives focused on holistic health. Her mission is to empower individuals through holistic practices, and she is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help amplify her reach and impact.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9am and 5pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must be interested in Holistic Health (the client will give you courses for you to take, and you can become a coach later on!)
*Must be familiar with Wordpress (understand how it works)
*Must love systems and checklists, must be organized
*Must have experience with Social Media Management
*Must have experience with Social Media Strategy
*Must have experience with Content Creation
*Must be tech-savvy
*Must have personal touch when communicating with customers and must be able to listen to what people want and need
*Excellent written communication skills
*Must be super organized with great attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.

Responsibilities/Tasks

Social Media Management and Marketing
*Help Jennifer create a social media strategy
*Identify the case studies and the themes from Jennifer's client success stories
*Assist in marketing efforts, including submitting events online, reaching out to Veterans Association, creating pages and collateral, and pitching speaking engagements.
*Manage and oversee all aspects of social media pages, including content posting and engagement
*Utilize Jennifer's writings and videos to create content for social media and marketing purposes.
*Create Canva documents
*Help make presentations pretty
*Build a target audience list and help Jennifer get in front of the right audience
*Help Jennifer create (write & design) newsletters

Administrative Support and Customer Service:
*Answer customer issues
*Help organize Jennifer’s schedule and tasks
*Update Jennifer’s website
