Position: High Level Administrative Virtual Assistant

We are now growing faster than ever at Delegate To Elevate LLC, and need a full-time Executive Support and Appointment Setting Specialist. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, client support, generating leads, engaging with prospects, and scheduling appointments through social media platforms.

This is a full-time opportunity, and you can work from the comfort of your own home (our Team is remote all over the world).

Your tasks will include (but are not limited to)
1. Administrative Support:
A. Prepare documents and assist with onboarding and offboarding clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear
communication.
B. Checking tracking sheets of clients if they are accurate
C. Follow clients’ SOPs and system
D. Data entry and market research
E. Upload videos on clients’ platforms
F. Other Adhoc admin tasks
G. Manage the client’s email account, reply to email inquiries in a timely manner, and forward any other inquiries to the
Admin Head
H. Reply to Facebook and Instagram inquiries in a timely manner
I. Management of Google Docs/Drive/Dropbox, keeping it tidy and documents ordered in folders
J. Creates systems/ automations
K. Admin adhoc tasks
2. Marketing
A. Social media: Lead generation, building audience, growing FB Group, engaging on comments
B. Manage GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Clickfunnels, Mailchimp, and other email marketing software
C. Build email campaigns or blog articles.
D. Create posters, posts, videos, and other marketing materials
E. Social media management (content creation and scheduling)
F. Set up ads
G. Tech: help create automations, workflows, landing pages & funnels
3. Reporting and Tracking:
A. Reporting and filling out tracking sheets
B. Daily updating of tracking sheet
C. Utilize metrics and spreadsheets to collect, track, and analyze data, providing insights and reports as required.
4. Client Relationship Management:
E. Assist clients in sending emails and check-ins
F. Assist managers in creating monthly client reports, summarizing progress, achievements, and any important updates.
E. Provide necessary support to clients

Results:
- Quality Delivery: All deliverables should be submitted based on the task requirement/s.
- Proactive Communication: Regular updates are provided to clients or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers regarding task progress, challenges,
and any necessary clarifications.
- Efficient Task Management: Effective organization and prioritization of tasks to ensure all deadlines are met and objectives
are achieved.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensuring all work is completed with precision and thoroughness, minimizing errors and
inconsistencies.
- Confidentiality and Data Security: Handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring compliance with data
protection regulations.

Required Experience:
- Good English skills, both written and verbal
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc) and Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Gmail
- Basic video editing skills and graphic design
- Have tech skills
- Experience and knowledge of social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of High Ticket Online Coaching and CrossFit is a plus
- Familiar with platforms such as GoHighLevel, Clickfunnels, Kajabi, Thinkific, and WordPress
