Engineering Recruiter

Tesoro Group is hiring for an Engineering focused recruiter. We are looking for candidates that have experience supporting engineering clients and recruiting for positions such as civil engineers, electrical engineers, survey, and field technicians. We are seeking individuals that can support a high volume of openings and utilize multiple recruitment tools.

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
