Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
3. Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
4. Administer employee benefits programs,
5. Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
6. Assists in payroll and workforce management

Requirements:
1.Fluency in English
2. Strong organization and multitasking skills.
3. Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Tools, CRMs, Project Management Tools
4. Preferably with HR experience in the food and beverage industry
