Recruitment Asst. | with Construction Background

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about finding great people and matching them to their next dream job. We are growing and expanding and are needing recruiters to help us fill in the opening slots in the construction field. If this is you, we are eager to know more about you.

Job Description:

- Can use AI to screen resumes / candidates
-Train through 30 day onboarding and ongoing
-Open to change and evolving with software and tools
-Scheduling, Communication, coordination,
-Screening resume and sourcing experience
-Construction recruiting experience is preferred but not a must (understanding of construction people)
-Data analysing, spreadsheets, gathering data from multiple areas and compiling for review.
-Social media person for posting ads in FB groups and LinkedIn potentially.
-Able to test and build SOPS before training others with growth.

Requirements:

- Experience recruiter that has recruited for manufacturing and construction industry.
